Caroline Williams is an archivist, researcher, and environmentalist working at the intersection of history and science since 2017. Passionate about leveraging data to drive change in environmental conservation, she has presented research at the NYC OceanTech Summit and the Archives & Records Association Annual Conference in the UK and Ireland, with a focus on water systems and ocean data.
In recognition of her work, Caroline was awarded the Ellen Brenner Fellowship at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in 2023, selected as a Climatebase Fellow in 2024, and accepted into the Blue Generation Program at the Explorers Club in 2025.
She currently serves as Distributor Partner Manager at High Tide Technologies, a water monitoring and controls company based in Nashville, Tennessee. Beyond her professional role, she is the Chair of the Junior Board at Christodora, an environmental and educational nonprofit serving NYC youth and is the Co-Chair of the Associate Board at WINGS, an organization supporting women in science and exploration.
Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is completing her Master's degree in Data Analytics and Visualization at Pratt Institute, with advanced certificates in Spatial Analysis and Design.
